We’re looking for a few key team members who are passionate about Jesus, love the Church, and want to play a meaningful role in what God is doing through Reach.
Executive Pastor
The Executive Pastor serves as the primary operational leader of the church, responsible for translating the vision and mission of the Lead Pastor into effective strategy, systems, and execution. In a church of approximately 700 members, this role provides leadership and oversight for staff, ministry operations, and organizational health, ensuring excellence, alignment, and scalability across all areas of the church.
Next Generation Pastor
The Next Generation Pastor provides visionary, strategic, and pastoral leadership for all Next Generation ministries of the church, overseeing ministry from birth through college within a congregation of approximately 700 attendees. This role is responsible for building a unified, gospel-centered discipleship pathway that partners with parents and volunteers to help children, students, and young adults grow in their faith and take next steps toward lifelong discipleship.
