Mission Trip Info Meeting

We’re hosting an info meeting on Sunday, March 1st, right after both services, for anyone interested in joining our first-ever Guatemala Missions Trip! We’ll cover all the good stuff—trip details, expectations, fundraising, timelines—and leave plenty of space for your questions.

Who Can Go: Middle school students (with a parent) and older.
What We’ll Be Doing: Bringing the fun and the love through Vacation Bible School (VBS), serving families through medical outreach, and getting our hands dirty with construction projects.

Meet us in the Prayer Room at 10AM or 11:45AM. Take a right turn before you get to the coffee. The room will be on the left.

Baptism

Baptism isn’t as complicated as many people think. It is simply the second step of obedience to Jesus after you’e decided to follow him. It is open to anyone who confesses Jesus as their Lord and Savior, no matter their age or church experience. It is a way to publicly profess “I now follow Him!”

When you go down into the water, it symbolizes the fact that you have died to your old way of life, and when you come up from the water, it symbolizes the new life that Jesus now lives through you.

Altar Night

Altar Night is a dedicated time to slow down, worship together, and seek God through prayer. In the Bible, the early church was devoted to prayer—and because of it, their lives and their city were radically transformed. We believe that same power and closeness to God is available to us today. This night is an invitation to come as you are and meet with God in a focused, unhurried way. Join us as we pray boldly, worship deeply, and expect God to move.

West Lake Middle School | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | No Registration needed.
